A Treasure Trove, By Far the Best Indian in the area Our first time going to The Burj, I was super impressed with their online service to order a take-away, you need to register to gain access to the bonus of 15% discount, they have a loyalty rewards which is a nice touch... On arrival I was greeted by the lovely well dressed young man as soon as I entered the restaurant, stating I was there to collect my order.. I was directed to a seat, whilst he went to check my order, wow I had barely got my phone out when he returned super quick with my order... I was informed we got complimentary Papadums, a lovely Mango Chutney that was really really nice and a Mint & Coriander Sauce (we weren't so keen on this, we'd never tried this combination before, it was ok).. We had ordered a Lamb Tikka Vindaloo, I had asked for Extra Hot in the comments section, which the young lad had informed me they had done so... It was nice, but I would have liked it hotter, I tend to go towards a Phall hot,... It was on the milder side of a hot, for me it was more of a Madras than a Vindaloo, had a nice kick to it but next time I'll ask for a Phall and see how hot that will be.. I always go for a Vindaloo at a new place to see the strengths of their hotter end.. It was really nice just lacked in the strength of hotness I would have liked.. Hubby had a Lamb Tikka Chilli Masala which had a lovely flavour again on the milder side to what we thought it would be... Don't get me wrong both curries were really nice, just expected a different strength... Hubby devoured his and I ate half and had the rest the next day for lunch, double bonus as I got to enjoy it over 2 days.. Both had huge chunks of meat and a lot of of pieces which was nice to see, this was in both curries, very nice portions.. They were very tender pieces of meat, and the overall a good texture of the sauces with lovely flavours and a nice balance... Served with Basmati and Pilau rice, as well as the Peshwiri Naan, these were all yum.. Our Next orders in the future, we'd definitely choose the Pilau as it had a lovely gentle flavour which we both liked... All together is was a beautiful experience, so pleased I decided to take a plunge, we'd most definitely recommend and we will return again.. It was worth the 40 minute round trip to get such a lovely Indian take away... Below are a few snaps, the zoomed in photo was the vindaloo with mango chutney drizzled on it with a mixture of the two rices as we wanted to try them both.. Other photo is the Lamb Tikka Chill Masala again on a mixture of the two rices.. I'm sure you won't be disappointed, I have tried many places nearby and this one by far beats any I have tried...

I went to The Burj at The Bell as part of a work outing some time ago and was very impressed by the service and food quality. My partner and I returned last night and everything was as great as we had remembered. We attended at the beginning of evening service. The staff are very attentive and friendly. There was not one single thing we would change about the food! The quality and flavours are excellent. The restaurant is inviting and has a nice atmosphere. Plus I’m always a fan of fairy lights. We will definitely be returning :)

While returning home, I noticed an Indian restaurant on the route. A bit of a shame because I was dressed inappropriately, straight from the beach, I was afraid that the men wouldn't find a table for two. I must admit that they behaved professionally and did not notice the inappropriate clothing. The menu includes a rich and varied offer of Indian cuisine, from traditional dishes to contemporary dishes. that will surely satisfy even the most demanding palates. Everything looked delicious and the smell was so amazing that I started eating before taking photos. The service was excellent. I recommend it to anyone who has taste buds as picky as mine. Thank you, we will definitely visit you again.

Had a fabulous evening at one of the Burj's music nights. Elvis was such an entertainer, he made sure he went to each and every table, everyone was singing by the second half of the evening. The food was delicious as it always is and despite the numbers attending it came out piping hot and on time. Ali and his team did a wonderful job looking after everyone. Huge amount of fun, will definitely be back.

Devine!!! Nestled in the picturesque village of West Overton, The Burj at The Bell offers a dining experience that goes beyond expectations. From the moment we stepped in, it was clear this restaurant sets a high standard. The service was impeccable—friendly, attentive, and professional, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The first thing that struck us was the cleanliness and attention to detail in the decor. The space exudes charm and sophistication, striking the perfect balance between a cozy pub and a refined dining venue. The food? Simply divine. We indulged in four starters, two mains, two desserts, and two drinks, all for a remarkably reasonable 60. Every dish was a testament to culinary excellence, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor. The starters, in particular, showcased a variety of textures and tastes, setting the tone for a memorable meal. For mains, the quality of ingredients and execution shone through—perfectly cooked, seasoned to perfection, and incredibly satisfying. The desserts were the icing on the cake—literally—with a mix of classic and creative options that ended the meal on a high note. The presentation was as impressive as the taste, reflecting a clear passion for detail and a deep respect for the art of cooking. Every bite was a reminder of why dining out is such a joy when done right. At just 60 for such a lavish spread, The Burj at The Bell offers unbeatable value without compromising on quality. It’s a must-visit for anyone seeking outstanding food and a memorable dining experience in Wiltshire. We’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place where taste and hospitality truly shine.

Fantastic venue with great staff. They have a separate vegan section on the menu with lots of choice. We were a table of five and really well looked after. The portions are really generous and we all had boxes to take away. Will hopefully be visiting again very soon.

We had a wonderful dinner for two with papadums, starters and main dishes. Both, the vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals were delightful and we left the restaurant with a smile. The service was very attentive and took good care of our needs.
